This year Women in NAAAP (WIN) is proud to present Women at the Helm: Working Together, a panel discussion with top Asian American women professional in the Philadelphia area.

For a woman to rise in her career, she needs to attract and embrace mentorship from leaders regardless of gender. Given current gender distribution in leadership roles, women will need to work well with male leaders to advocate for her promotion. Join a thought provoking panel discussion among successful Asian American women leaders and male advocates of women in the workplace to learn about what enables success in the workplace. Panel discussion Q&A will be followed by networking.
