The Leadership Convention, including the ERG Summit and Recruitment Expo, is the largest event of the year organized by the National Association of Asian American Professionals. The Leadership Convention is a time to hear inspirational speakers, corporate practices in diversity and talent management, emerging topics and best practices, make new friends and renew old friendships, and recognize Asian leaders at every level – life time contributors, community unsung heroes, and NAAAP leaders.
We anticipate more than 30 sponsors and 450 attendees for the 2017 Leadership Convention.
