The National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) welcomes you to the City of Champions for the 2017 NAAAP National Leadership Academy and ERG Leadership Symposium! The Academy will be hosted by NAAAP Boston and take place in Boston, Massachusetts from March 3 - March 5, 2017. In addition, the ERG Leadership symposium will take place on March 3rd.

The NAAAP National Leadership Academy is a opportunity for new and returning chapter and National leaders to meet and share best practices in programs, membership engagement, team-building, and networking. Check with your local chapter leader for details. NLA registration includes Friday evening reception, breakfast, and Saturday lunch.

The ERG Leadership Symposium brings together ERG /BRG Leaders and Members from across the United States and Canada to discuss key issues involved with running your ERG successfully at your own organization. Hear from expert speakers on the topics of: on-boarding new leaders, driving member engagement, succession planning, leveraging company resources, and much more. The Symposium will also give participants the opportunity to share best practices with one another in a unique breakout session format.
